5/52 Self-Portrait project

 

 

2014 is for me, a year of better time organization, less fears, more self-confidence and strenght to make things happen. The Chinese say that is a good year for creativity and projects. I believe them :)

Yesterday was raining cats and dogs, all Malta was flooded!  Today I just woke up with this beautiful light in my room. Time to enjoy the sun. Have a nice Sunday and dont be shy, I would love to hear more from you!

2014 é para mim, um ano em que pretendo organizar melhor o meu tempo, ter menos medos, mais confiança e força para passar sonhos a realidade. Os Chineses dizem que é um ano bom para a criatividade e novos projectos. Eu acredito neles :)

Ontem choveu sem parar durante horas a fio, a ilha inteira ficou inundada! Mas hoje acordei com esta luz linda no meu quarto e percebi a sortuda que sou por viver num país assim. Tenham um bom domingo e não sejam tímidos, adoraria ouvir mais vozes aqui pelo blog.

Today I feel blessed.

This week I noticed that a friend of mine has set up a blog about Portuguese literature, together with his own poems and thoughts. I was thinking how blessed I feel when I think about my friends and how proud I am to see some of them investing their souls into beautiful projects. I believe people that have the strength to keep working on their own stuff whilst holding down a full time job must be special!
Today I went for a walk into the nature by the cliffs and sea and my talented friend help me with this portrait (just love it).
Soon I will have a project together with my lovely Joaninha (check her amazing jewellery) and maybe one day I will travel to India with Jin´s project.
Not everyone has a blog or website, but they still play guitar, do photography, draw, craft, illustrate, paint, recycle furniture, write, sing ... and feel fulfilled with the path they (we) chose.


Creativity is a kind of magic and I want it forever in my life.
